Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. You can no longer cancel once your tracking number is given to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will investigate with your bank. We are unresponsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
